I love architecture, design and gardens, so I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of being there. This was our 2nd RS tour and it didn't disappoint. The Loirve valley visits to Chambord and Chenonceau chateaus and stay in Amboise dazzled the senses and afforded spectacular photo imagery. Guedelon was definitely a stand out. He completed 30 missions as a ball turret gunner on a B-24 bomber based out of England. Very fast pasted tour with the least amount of downtown in all the trips we have taken. My only concern was that we did spend 3 nights in lovely sites that lacked air conditioning in late July climate; in fact, there was a heat wave in France during our trip.
